We originally were working with one of the big name credit unions who was supposed to be great at handling VA loans and were astounded at the lack of customer service and days waiting for responses to our questions. We reached out to Ru at the suggestion of our realtor and never looked back. He was incredibly knowledgeable of the market in NOVA, responsive to all of our questions and concerns, and essentially held our hand until we closed.
