Rumpke was supposed to pick up for our homeowners association on Thursday. No-show. We called, they offered to come out the next day. No-show on Friday, no-show on Saturday, no-show on Sunday, no show on Monday, despite calling them over and over. This is a colossal failure on their part. Please do not EVER use Rumpke!

Last week Rumpke skipped our trash pick up for an unknown reason. We called multiple times and they said that someone would be out within 24 Hrs, they never came back. This week we were skipped again so I called and spoke with customer service they sent someone out to pick up our trash. The driver only took half of the trash and left a note saying that it was a bulk pickup, also left a bunch of cardboard laying in my yard the trash he did take the cans were everywhere. Requested a final bill and never received it. Was never told how to return trash bins. ***** took it upon themselves trespass and take the trash cans. Had i been given the proper instructions they would've been returned but this absolutely gives them no right to come onto my property and take the bins. I'm very uncomfortable they thought this was okay especially with the location my trash cans were sitting. Regardless they had no right to step foot further than the curb.

They missed a pick up. I called early on the same morning. I called every morning after that for 4 days and they told me something different every time. It has been 4 days. I was told today the driver in charge of missed pick *** would get it by the end of the day. It is 7:45 PM on Friday. I guess the trash will sit there through the weekend. So far I have had to rebag it, get it out of the neighbor's yard and re stack it at the end of our 1/4 mile drive. Monday I will change service. NEVER AGAIN. Please do not use Rumpke.

Terrible customer service. Recycles have been sitting on the curb for 3 days and will now sit through the weekend because they weren't picked u. This not acceptable.

Horrible customer service. I call about every other week, if not weekly for failure to pick up. I'm told that I have to wait 48 hours after pickup day to complain. Then it's the weekend. Then we are a week without it getting picked up. And that's if we are lucky. And when I call, I tell that person how dissatisfied I am and they really don't care :) I will be looking for another trash company.

Rumpke Waste services is terrible for trash pick up. They have skipped our house at least 4 different times in the last 6 months (missing all the houses on our street) and refuse to give a credit even though they aren't providing the service we had paid for. Terrible customer service. Might as well be openly stealing.

There is no way that they can stay in business operating the way they do. I encourage all their employees to start looking for a job elsewhere

Dumpster service for my apartments has been terrible. My dumpsters are overflowing with human trash and I have been a long time customer. Recently service has gotten much worse and service has been sporadic and unreliable. Customer service (Mike in dispatch) lie to me about when the dumpsters will be serviced. Don't know how they have A+ rating! This type of service has been going on for months. I would switch service but there is no other.
