Last year, they came to my residence to empty a dumpster, and the trash was frozen. I paid full price for that and figured it was a learning experience. This year, I scheduled a pickup for Wednesday, December 10, 2025, when the high was 45 degrees. Rumpke did not come. I called early on Thursday, and they said they should still be there today. I was a customer of Waste Management and am sorry it took me as long to switch services. Rumpke has been prompt, accommodating, and always trying to do their job even during difficult circumstances (weather, etc.). My experience with Rumpke has been night and day compared to Waste Management, and I'm even saving money. Thank you for being a great company to do business with!!!!
I took our old tires to have them recycled and everyone I dealt with was very kind and professional. It was a great experience and I recommend them to anyone wanting to take the guesswork out of how to get rid of anything odd that your carrier won’t take on the regular route.
The gentleman who has been our long time regular garbage man is excellent. He has always been friendly, thorough, and hardworking. Quality employee who brings credit to Rumpke every worday!
Our recycle can was taken from our yard. Called Rumpke and spoke to a very kind lady about the matter. We had a new can delivered within the week. Great experience.
