Drivers do not care. I have a front load dumpster at my business that is continually left out too far, not dumped fully, and broken glass everywhere. Many many many calls to management with promises and no resolutions.
Really bad. 3rd time calling this morning to get trash picked up. Was probably 10-15 minutes into having call transferred to a supervisor (who i never spoke to) when customer service person came back on telling me there was a note on my profile where the supervisor had already promised trash pickup last Friday (which was not performed). As far as just picking up my trash, they did a good job. But they increased my rate 3 times in 2 years by 8%, then 8.5%, then another 8%. When I called them to ask them why, they gave me no explanation. The contract I signed said they would provide an explanation. So I cancelled my contract with them and now they are trying to charge me cancellation fees. I changed to Bestway Disposal and they are 30%+ less expensive and have been doing a great job for the past 2 months.
If I could give 0 stars, I would! This place is a JOKE!!! They leave trash everywhere, throw your cans into the road, refuse to pick up EMPTY BOXES that can be mashed in their compactor.... They're flat out LAZY!!! Their customer service SUCKS! Especially the drivers and their customer service rep "Cassandra Anderson". Why they're in a customer SERVICE role, is beyond me! They gave me certain amount that I could put out and for the last three years they have. Except the last three weeks. They have only been picking up a third of my trash and now telling me that I have been putting to much out when it's the amount they told me I could put out. So I'm paying over $70 for them to pick up 2 or three bags of trash. That's a third of what I'm allowed. So I will be looking for a new trash service. Tried to give them zero stars but won't let me post this without at least one star.
