Weekly my trash & recycle pickups have been on schedule with no misses. Even this AM the attendant waved to me as I watched out the window. Their customer service has always been excellent too when I have a question. The online bill pay is also perfect so my payment is on time. Their communication on holiday schedules or any other matters is so appreciated. Rumor exceeds my expectations!

I’d like to give a big thank you to John C******** and Todd M******* for their cheerful, kind, and professional service. My neighbor and I have a fun competition to see who can be the first to bring in each other’s bins—I’m running to her side while she’s racing to get mine. John and Todd always join in the fun with friendly encouragement. They even asked about my neighbor’s needs and offered to bring her bin up to the house when I’m not around. Such thoughtful and considerate service!

I canceled my Service in August of last year. Moved to a different city and got sent out traveling for work. Since that time. Rumpke Decided My service was not canceled and kept charging me anyway for trash service. I receive a letter from them in That I owe 161.88 in back fees and they are sending me to collections. I call them and complain and receive an email stating they waived my fees and will not send me to collections. This was sent to me on April 2nd. Regular residential collection on Monday. Places two trash and one recycling totes on the tree lawn on Sunday night. One trash tote was not taken. This is the second time one tote was left uncollected. I called Monday. Nothing. I called Tuesday & asked for a manager to call. Promised collection 24-48 hours. Called Thursday, nothing. Bad service consistently. Runs in the dark leaves trash behind or just leaves your trash all together every spring they start this and I'm getting tired of it while paying their crazy high prices

The trash is picked up weekly. I have a Rumpke trashcan but often have more than what what we sit so I have been putting out my own personal additional trashcan. Over the space of two months Rumpke has dropped broken or ruined two perfectly decent, wheeled, lidded trash cans. When I called Rumpke, they say they werent reliable for breaking the trashcans, I told her I paid $450 a month for our farm plus the monthly fee for the house. She really didnt care. Our Trash pick up is every Thursday around 6:30-7:00am. I put my trash cans in the same spot every Wednesday night or Thursday morning. As I went about my day to do errands, I came back home and seen the curb was cracked with the trashcan right in front of it. So I reached out to them 1 before they opened that day but then again the next day. They took forever to give us a responce and got a letter in the mail saying they denied our claim because we had no evidence. They never asked for any. Mind you... this was a while ago.... read more
