Last year, they came to my residence to empty a dumpster, and the trash was frozen. I paid full price for that and figured it was a learning experience. This year, I scheduled a pickup for Wednesday, December 10, 2025, when the high was 45 degrees. Rumpke did not come. I called early on Thursday, and they said they should still be there today. I explained that it was going to snow that night, and the dumpster would probably freeze, and I did not want to pay for them to come out and try to empty it when it was frozen. She sai... read more
I don't know what is wrong with your people but they can't seem to put my garbage cans next to the driveway in the yard. I've sent you pictures before of them blocking my driveway with three cans and Looks intentional. Today they're just thrown in the street in front of the driveway. They don't do this with everybody's cans. I noticed the ones my neighbor's rent from you are neatly put back into place.
I have the best driver in the area. He is kind and helpful. I am totally disabled. I've seen him on garbage day wear bags on his boots because he didn't have money for new ones. Never complains does a great job.
Horrible service. My recycle date was the Tuesday before New Years. No pickup. Called Wednesday, Friday , Saturday and Monday. Was told I was assigned a driver. As of Monday was told it would not be picked up until my regular day which is tomorrow and a week late. Asked to have an operation manager call me and advise how this lack of service could happen.
