Had a great customer service experience with Deborah Grubb, from the Customer Service Representative team. I had an issue that was ongoing for over a month and she was able to resolve it while providing a professional and warm demeanor. Your hiring team got it right this time!
Choose another provider. For years minimal issues- within the last two years, the most horrendous service, or non-service, we’ve ever dealt with. Their communication is pathetic; their departments don’t communicate; and they miss 50% of the service they tell you they provide. All info when you call is not consistent- their processes are subpar. You would think upholding their end of the agreement would be simple, right? Trash pick-up has been completely missed twice in the last 30 days on my entire road. I hope this trend doesn't continue into 2025. IMPORTANT: Call Rumpke immediately if your trash is not picked up the day it's supposed to be picked up. They have 48 business hours to pick it up (after calling) or THEY WILL GRANT YOU A CREDIT for that week $$$$. DO NOT PAY FOR A SERVICE IF THEY DON'T PROVIDE IT... We have been using Rumpke home services for the past 9 years. We have had minimal issues until now. We are going on three weeks without service. We have called and called and called, only to be lied to and told they would send someone out. Our regular driver is FANTASTIC! He is always here every Wednesday (even though Rumpke’s business office says our trash day is Monday. It has been Wednesday for 9 years).I wonder if his route was switched. I live in the greater Cincinnati area and have for most of my life. I will share my experiences with this company and let you decide how to feel about them. The first time I had to contact them was because my job which also uses them had the trash pickup skipped because the truck stopped in the driveway and staff could not get in to clock in and apparently when they said something to the driver he just drove off rather than pulling up to not block the path.
