One of the worst customer service departments I have ever talked to. One it comes time to your bill if it is on auto pay they have messed it up and then you will get your trash service suspended from weeks without a problem resolved and when asked to speak to your sales rep you will never hear from them this company is so unprofessional I would never recommend them to anybody I would give this company 0 stars if I could

Stay away from these *********!!!! Takes 3 ***weeks to get your can....then when you cancel it ..because it takes so *** long..which they don't tell you!!!.. good luck gettin your money back in a timely maner....most company's its 2-3 days..not these crooks....get money back 15 days after pickin up can...which takes up to another 2 weeks to so...soooo.. just dropping off and picking up a can takes 5 weeks!!!!!!!!... oh you can't make this **** up...stay away...go to *** *****

I canceled my Service in August of last year. Moved to a different city and got sent out traveling for work. Since that time. Rumpke Decided My service was not canceled and kept charging me anyway for trash service. I receive a letter from them in That I owe 161.88 in back fees and they are sending me to collections. I call them and complain and receive an email stating they waived my fees and will not send me to collections. This was sent to me on April 2nd. Regular residential collection on Monday. Places two trash and one recycling totes on the tree lawn on Sunday night. One trash tote was not taken. This is the second time one tote was left uncollected. I called Monday. Nothing. I called Tuesday & asked for a manager to call. Promised collection 24-48 hours. Called Thursday, nothing. My contracted scheduled garbage pick up date is every Wednesday, and I always have my garbage by the curb each Tuesday evening. Bad service consistently. Runs in the dark leaves trash behind or just leaves your trash all together every spring they start this and I'm getting tired of it while paying their crazy high prices

My experience is with Rumpke for my business trash, and at every step they have been an absolutely horrific company to deal with. Customer service is awful and will be rude or dismissive, the latest call included her constantly talking over me and cutting me off and even flat out trying to argue with me about things. Their pickup is spotty at best, the prices are significantly higher than ********or **, and their contracts, good lord their contracts! Rumpke picked up my trash at 11:17 PM. I spoke with a customer service representative who said she was a Supervisior. She said Rumpke does as it pleases. if you do not like it, get someone else to provide service. It appears Rumpke dos not want or need this customer.
