For 3 months our trash has been picked up every other week if that. When I call for someone to come get the trash, no one ever came. Not once. Then THEEE WEEKS went by with no service and no one came out when I called. FINALLY someone came at 21 days and only took the trash from the two cans. Not the two extra weeks of trash sitting there in bags. Now I’m having to fight to be refunded for service That Rumpke was REFUSING to give? That is really bad business.

Rumpke took over for another trash service when they retired and closed. In 4 weeks since they took over we have had 2 weeks that they picked up. One of those 2 times we had to call and they picked up 2 days late. The other 2 weeks we called and was told to leave it out and they would pick up. We are still waiting. We have called another service because we are tired of waiting on Rumpke. Their home office has said they will refund our money but we will have to wait. We've heard that before from them.

New service has not been picked up in three weeks. We started the service and placed the cans at the road the night before scheduled pick up on friday. The cans sat all day and that eveing we called and they told us to leave them and someone would come by and get them. Saturday morning they were still full. we left them as instructed an received a call on sunday saying they would be picked up monday. Monday evening still full we called and they stated it was 24 business hours so i told them we were at 48. they stated then up... read more

You have to watch this company they will attempt to bill you for services that they have not provided pay attention to your bill also pay attention to if you cancel service the remainder of what you owe them they will try to bill you for service that they have not provided yet I encountered this once before and had to straighten it out I got better things to do with my time than to correct a business billing account.

They have missed picking up our garbage again. Sometimes they say that it is because our garbage was not out even though I put it out the day before. I think that its because we are the only one on the street And the truck driver does not want to come down our street. We will be changing to another company on Monday

Ive had bad experiences with rumpke for awhile. But this last month has been horrible. Theyve broken my garbage can that I have to replace. My garbage can is thrown all over. I am woken up at 2-2:30 every Thursday morning. This has been going on for a few years. Im fed up with them and they really dont care. Ive called twice now with no resolving the issue. Now I am taking videos at 2:30 am and pictures of my garbage can thrown around. Republic here I come after 40 yrs with rumpke.

Very poor service-several missed pickups and the response is always they will be back out in 24-48 hours to pick it up. This time they did not come back out. We pay for trash pick up and should not have to call repeatedly due to their drivers not doing there job. I would not recommend

The most unprofessional, untruthful company I have ever dealt with. Everyone lies , does not follow up from customer service to supervisors. I will research all options to publicize the poor quality of the management of this organization. To be clear this is not regarding the individuals who pick up the trash but everyone we dealt with in management!!!
