My service is terrrible. It is constantly getting skipped. When I call to ask for it to get picked up, they cant give me an excuse to why it wasnt picked up. they make me wait till my next pick up time. We pay for weekly pick up and I expect a weekly pick up. I shouldnt have to wait till the next time to get it picked up. This is causing lots of trash on my property due to the winds. Very unhappy. This is not good customer service.

I attempted to use there services, I ordered a rental trash can and they told me it would be few weeks before they could deliver it to my residence. Rumke went on to tell me to just place my trash in bags and place them in my yard near the driveway and they would pick up on Mondays. The first week they never picked up my trash, I called them to let them know and they apologized and told me they would give me a credit for that week. Deceptive business practices with arbitrary fees and billing. Borderline criminal with underlying policies that are not conveyed orally or in writing. They do not , with emphasis, do not pick up as scheduled, arbitrary delay pick up times and come when they deem convenient. They do not disclose billing, bill at will, initiate a cancellation fee of $50 if your dissatisfied with service. Do not bring you as cart as promised but bill you for one anyway. I have been a loyal customer, for many years, only to receive extremely unprofessional service. My trash is constantly being missed on the trash pickup route, even when the roads are completely passable. I have called multiple times, and left multiple messages, but none of the calls have ever been returned. Currently, my trash has been missed for two weeks in a row, with two weeks + bags of trash piled in front of my house. I have never been late on, or missed any payments. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. We had Rumpke for over 47 years. This past year their drivers have thrown my trash cans halfway into my yards and Rumpke does not pick up all my trash, which is against their slogan, which makes it false advertising. We cancelled our contract. They state on their website that they will pick up there dumpster in within 10 days. Today is the 11th day and they still haven't picked it up. I get residential trash pickup weekly. Actually I only get trash pickup about 3 out of 4 weeks !!! Rumple is terrible about picking my home up weekly ! BTW , I prepay a year in advance so there is absolutely no issue with bill payment . I have the 1 year prepayment for years . Rumple is absolutely terribly unreliable . Very poorly run company, I wish they had some competition,I’d Switch service immediately ! Use Rumple at your own risk !!!!!!

We have lived in our house since 2013. Our garbarge service has always been with Bestway. A rumpke can was abandonded by rumpke and previous owner in 2013. In Dec 2021 we receive a bill for service with rumpke!!!! Their driver Eden sees the can (which was left 8 yrs ago) on the curb and initiates service without our knowledge and we start receiving a bill even though they had never picked up garbage at our address!!!!!!!!!!! This is the worst trash company I have ever had. I was not given a choice but Mid State Waste sold off some of their business to Rumpke. What a bad move. My trash has been sitting at the edge of the road for three days and no pick up. There are people that live on the same road who have had their trash picked up, no logical reason for this. I tried Rumpke a few years ago and their service was horrible then. They do not pick up on the day that it is scheduled. Awful service and would not recommend them to anyone.

********************* container had been continuously moved from spot until it was app.4 ft from position( which puts it to my driveway) .Left a sign to please move back ( with marking and a thank you attached). Instead was moved further into my drive. Called and asked specifically to relocate( did not say anything mean). Driver returned that day and when I saw him out went to explain.his reaction was not to acknowledge me , was VERY rude( as I had done something wrong) to the point I left the area and hoped for the best.
