RUMPKE'S PRICING IS OUTRAGEOUS. We live in *******Township, and they were charging us $132.00 every quarter. We switch and are paying nearly half that now from another company. They charge ridiculous fees. We had our can 10 feet from the curb, and the driver won't even stop unless its sitting at the edge or in the road. LAZY! We've had Rumpke since it was called LAND MARK, and LAND MARK was awesome - but when RUMPKE took over, the service declined and the prices kept going up. Customer service is a joke here. They treat everyone like they have a Monopoly. $10.00 more a month than other trash service in the area? Taking my business and the whole neighborhood elsewhere

Wow, I really thought that maybe it was just me. Rumpke has skipped picking up my trash more then a few times. I started reading the reviews and find out that it does seem to be a on going problem. Whenever they skip my trash, first I call Rumpke and report it to Customer Service, then I will report it to the city. The city will then reach out to Rumpke. I hope this help someone else.

They consistently skip my house (I live in a residential neighborhood) for recycling and trash. I have to call about once a month to have them come back to pick up my trash and they usually wait until the next week so I have twice as much trash. They are the absolute worst.

Horrible trash service Terrible customer service Stole a trash can left broken glass on our road and missed our trash pickup for three weeks when I called I just got ran around the ringer with the call center and nothing was ever done They are trying to buy out all the trash services and their customer service is garbage literally garbage! Wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy!

They cannot seem to pick up our recycling!! For an entire year they've picked it up maybe 10 times. I've called dozens of times and they will pick up for a week or two and then stop for 3 weeks or more. I call and complain and the problem still persists. Trash service is great. The Recycling is a joke!

Expect only half your trash to be picked up and your trash cans to be thrown into the middle of the road. Billing issues the whole two years we had them. Even when I called to cancel them, the lady I dealt with was horrible and had an attitude. They are the most expensive in town. Switched to someone else who is cheaper with better customer service

HORRIBLE. I canceled service due to moving and called Rumpke to pick up the cans. They told me it would take 7-10 business days to pick up the cans. Two weeks later they are still there and now I am told they will put a PRIORITY on pick up but it will TAKE 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS MORE. In the meantime I have a HOA threatening to fine me for leaving my cans on the street for two weeks and new owners of the house want them out from in front of their home.
