Wife and I recently got a VA home loan from Ruoff Mortgage. We had such a great experience from beginning to end. Erica *****was fantastic! She was always on the topic, kept us very well informed, and was always available. They even did our loan in house. That was a great surprise. Never had even 1 problem during the whole process. I used Ruoff Home Mortage based out of their ********, Ohio office. We worked with Jack ******* and loan officer assistant Seth *********. Jack worked hard right away to get us our pre-approval letter ever after business hours. They made the process smooth and very easy to understand as we are first-time home buyers. I found Rouff mortgage through ******* ****. I was interested in refinancing my home to do a bathroom remodel. There were no issues other than sending some additional paperwork that was easy for me to locate. From start to finish was approximately six weeks.
