This is my third mortgage with Ruoff. *********************, Senior Loan Officer in ***************, **, has been with ** through it all. I did price comparisons with Rocket Mortgage and others online and found Ruoff to be more honest and better prices. Online mortgages claim to have better rates; but by the time they do all the additions and slight-of-hand, Ruoff beat them every time.
