This company is terrible! I’m in loan modification and they tell me they accepted me for $1496 a month, then I call back and tell me they offered me that prematurely and denied me. I said you can’t jerk people around like this, and the only response was that the agent gave it prematurely. So furious. They don’t want to help you save your home, they just wanna take your home! Put them out of business! I wish my loan would’ve stayed with Chase and not transferred to this Rushmore Servicing.

This is THE WORST!!!!! My loan was sold from Wells Fargo to Rushmore. I have attempted to call them 3 times, spending 5 min on the phone each time simply to GET A HUMAN on the phone. I have yet to speak with a person! Their computer system will not let me speak to a representative. Is this business literally run by a computer? Do people actually work here?!?!?!?

My experience with Rushmore Servicing, has been a nightmare. I find them to be incompetent on many levels; it’s not easy to speak with a representative, the system keeps you in a hoop. Supposedly, my loan had been transferred or handoff to another Rushmore Company. My credit history is no longer being reported to the credit bureau agencies as of September 2023. Rushmore is a company that services loans. Unfortunately, they are only interested in rushing you into foreclosure, and DO NOT help you as you get caught up, go through modification or other processes. This company basically gives up on you and assumes you will be foreclosed upon, and rushes your house to auction. This company refused to return my calls. Stay as far away from this mortgage company as you can They don’t/won’t help you in any way and you’ll spend hrs on the phone just trying to rectify anything! I had the misfortune of being sold to them in the middle of a big insurance loss and it’s been a nightmare They’re holding my insurance money hostage and I can’t repair my home I have also now discovered they paid my taxes twice.
