After Dr Ott retired, the business was sold to a corporation. prices have dramatically increased, and EVERY one of the Vet's that took care of my fur-babies left. I had been going there for over 25 years and was Very disappointed with the situation there now ... so much so that I am no longer one of their clients. My fur-babies now go to Parrish Veterinary Clinic and I am very pleased with their service. They're very caring, like Ruskin used to be.

The prices have gone up 300 percent without telling people until you check out. I see fewer and fewer people there every time I go. It makes me sad and mad. I don’t know how much longer I can afford to bring my sweet babies there. 😢

They don't care if your furbaby is suffering. If they don't know the dog they won't help him/her cross The Rainbow Bridge. I understand needing to do an exam first because they don't know my dog. I don't understand not caring at all. I will spread everywhere how unfeeling you all are. We used to swear by you. Not anymore. I've found a vet that will check my girl and then assist her to cross the bridge if they agree it is needed. That is more than you were willing to do.

My wife showed up at 3:25 PM for our 3:30 PM appointment. Signed in as expected. At 4:00PM she finally spoke up and asked how long before they would be seen. The front desk said she never had an appointment with them. Appointment was made on June 14, and verified today, June 21. Telephone records show that she called the correct office even though the front desk accused her of calling a different vet. Our dog was never seen. Time to find a different vet.
