Ruth was very helpful and responsive in ensuring that we got our loan processed quickly and that we received the interest rate we were looking for. She provided the necessary information in an efficient fashion and coordinated well with all other parties involved in the transaction. I worked with Ruth as a first time home buyer so obviously I wad very new to the process and had a lot of questions. Ruth was always available and easy to work with! She never made me feel bothersome for asking my questions and made sure I understood everything that was happening through the entire process. She was quick and made the process convenient for me so I had minimal disruption to my work schedule. I would highly recommend using Ruth for any lending needs!

Ruth was wonderful to work with, she was always kind and very efficient throughout the entire financing process. She was always prompt in her responses and very helpful if I ever had any questions, not to mention incredibly thurough and accomodating when it came to collecting documentation. I don't think the whole process could have gone more smoothly. I highly reccomend!

I have worked with Ruth twice now and both times she was on top of everything. Always right there to answer all my questions whenever I needed. Ruth is fabulous!!! She is soo thorough and explains everything soo you understand the process completely. I was soo impressed with that she always made herself available no matter when or what time of day it was. She truly made a stressful time be not soo stressful. Such a joy to work with.

She was absolutely great! She made her self available all of the time. She made the entire process super easy. We only had to go into the office once. She got us the loan we needed and closed it in less than 30 days! Absolutely wonderful! I would recommend her to anyone!

Ms. Michalski was a pleasure to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable of the lending process and was always available to answer any and all my questions. My previous purchases of properties with other lenders have be an unpleasant experience. All of my future purchases will be made with Ms. Michalski.
