Ruth was very helpful and responsive in ensuring that we got our loan processed quickly and that we received the interest rate we were looking for. She provided the necessary information in an efficient fashion and coordinated well with all other parties involved in the transaction. I worked with Ruth as a first time home buyer so obviously I wad very new to the process and had a lot of questions. Ruth was always available and easy to work with! She never made me feel bothersome for asking my questions and made sure I understood everything that was happening through the entire process. She was quick and made the process convenient for me so I had minimal disruption to my work schedule. I would highly recommend using Ruth for any lending needs!
Ruth was wonderful to work with, she was always kind and very efficient throughout the entire financing process. She was always prompt in her responses and very helpful if I ever had any questions, not to mention incredibly thurough and accomodating when it came to collecting documentation.
