Ruth has been extremely helpful and patient! She has been very easy to get a hold of, and responds fairly quicky with answers to any questions. She has helped with much more than was asked of her. She's very understanding and very easy to talk to to about any concerns you might have. For us, she has made the impossible possible. Ruth has been there for us every step of the way! RUTH is awesome!!

Ruth was unbelievable helpful with the process of buying our first home. She made it all work out very well and most important fast. We went to few different mortgage officers before and no one could done what she did. The process was so smooth and fast that we didn't even realized when time passed and we close don our home. She is unbelievable with finding ways to help you get home you love.

Ruth helped us thru a very difficult sale, She always showed up when she said she would, she kept her word ( hard to find these days in any business ) , Honest as the day is bright, when we called to make the initial appointment to come and meet with her to see if we would qualify, she insisted and SHE CAME TO US !!, met us in the comfort of our own place and walked us thru every single detail, "realistically" We have recommended her to many people and have always gotten positive feedback from our friends, I cannot recommend... read more

Ruth has been so infomative, helpful and patient! I am so thankful that we found her! She has been very easy to contact and if by chance I can't get a hold of her she responds very quickly. When I started thinking I would buy a home I didnt know where to begin. I asked a few people I work with and 2 ladies suggested Ruth. Ruth held my hand through an unfamiliar, frighteningly big step in my life and made me feel at ease doing so. She explained things in a way I could understand and was comfortable conversing via text - which is important for my generation, haha. I would recommend Ruth to anyone, in-fact, I have already done so.
