Working with Ryan to obtain financing for a recent home purchase was a pleasure. I purchased a home in the Denver area, but currently live out of state. Ryan is the consummate professional. He is so darn smart, it’s scary! However, he has the ability to explain in layman’s terms everything u need to know about the mortgage lending process. From discount points to buying down the loan to prepaids to escrow payments to credit scores, there is literally nothing that Ryan does not understand about the finance industry as it relates to real estate and mortgages. Ryan made the entire loan process smooth, easy, and prepared me for what to expect. He explained what the underwriters would be looking for and what was the best documents and how to present them.
Ryan took on a lending project with unique challenges. The two buyers are new to this country and have limitations in English language and technical skills.
