As a first time home buyer it can be a lot to navigate through a home purchase. I found Ryan to be a wealth of knowledge and extremely helpful with all questions I had. When we were under contract he was able to help me lock in my rates to make sure I kept a good interest rate! He also was able to draw up comparisons for different types of loans so I could choose he best option easily. My wife and I recently purchased our dream home and it wouldn't have been made possible without Ryan! He advised us how to improve our credit with action steps to complete, he left no stone un-turned, and never made us feel alone in the process. He was available 24/7 and even responded to texts/emails on what should have been his day off! We never felt like there was something we didn't understand because Ryan is a wiz at explaining the process to a novice such as myself. We will ALWAYS use Ryan for our lending needs.
