This was the first time my wife and I had purchased a home and Ryan could not have made it easier! We ended up finding a home faster than expected and Ryan was able to get the process started the day we contacted him even though he was out of the country on vacation. He was also able to help us find financing when others could not due to the unique situation we were in. He was available all the time to answer any questions I had, explained everything in meticulous detail, and was very proactive about keeping me up to date on the mortgage markets and made sure I locked in a low rate just before they increased.
