I hope the subject line got your attention as I cannot say enough about my experiences with this company. Ryan and his co-workers were great to work with. I got an approval right away. I purchased a new construction. I tried other lenders to see if I could get a better deal and everyone of them kept telling me no due to me being a newly grad out of medical school and not being able to understand how the medical field pays. Mr Ryan Proffitt helped us tremendously. Very easy going and was always available to answer our questions no matter how mundane they seemed. Communication was constant. Never felt we were in line at fast food. I would recommend his services without reservation.
