Ryan and his entire team were fantastic. As a first time home buyer I didn't know what to expect from the process, but Ryan made everything very easy. He always kept me informed and handled everything quickly and professionally. Even when working with some of his teammates Ryan made sure to be personally involved and showed a genuine interest in helping me.
Ryan was recommended to me by my realtor but he wasn't my first choice since I always heard you never go with only one offer. I shopped around but no one could beat Ryan's tenacity, availability, and positivity. He always took the time to explain anything I was unsure of and called/texted immediately upon getting anything back from the bank or my realtor. Highly recommend

Ryan & and his team so professional. Between him (Ryan) and Mitchell the process to refinance was extremely FAST and smooth. The only bump we ran into was something on our end—nothing on theirs! And they even reached out for us as well to get that last piece of documentation! I swear I think we closed in less than 2 weeks.
