We were already pre-approved by another lender, but after meeting Ryan Sanders switched. He personally came to meet us so we knew he was very dedicated to his job. He went and above and beyond his job. He even wrote a letter to the sellers for us insuring a fast close. He did not disappoint. I have to say, as a first time home buyer, I was a bit skeptical about the whole process, it was a huge learning curve from renting, but Ryan was right there every step of the way, answering any and all questions/concerns I may have had. He was more than willing to take phone calls and if he was not available at the time I called him, it was just a matter of a little while and he was in my ear.
