I have to say, as a first time home buyer, I was a bit skeptical about the whole process, it was a huge learning curve from renting, but Ryan was right there every step of the way, answering any and all questions/concerns I may have had. He was more than willing to take phone calls and if he was not available at the time I called him, it was just a matter of a little while and he was in my ear. Ryan is extremely knowledgeable and professional. From gathering information at the beginning of the process, to the loan closing, Ryan was there every step of the way. He would check in weekly to give me status reports, request new information, etc., and also just see how I was doing. He is very personable and makes you feel like you are his only client.
