Ryan is extremely knowledgeable and professional. From gathering information at the beginning of the process, to the loan closing, Ryan was there every step of the way. He would check in weekly to give me status reports, request new information, etc., and also just see how I was doing. He is very personable and makes you feel like you are his only client. I couldnt recommend him more, thank you again Ryan!

Ryan was very easy to work with. He made contracts and paper work quick and understandable. When a seller fell through on negotiations, he was able to quickly update details for the contract on the house i bought.

Ryan did an amazing job with our loan process. He got everything done quickly while explaining everything along the way. Ryan was able to get an appraisal scheduled quickly over the holidays...something that an online lender would be unable to accomplish. He called and texted with updates periodically that were very helpful along the way. I will certainly use Ryan again if I buy a home again or refinance.

The communication was not fantastic. It seemed that the loan estimate and final numbers were scrambled together and there were some clear inaccuracies that I have still not had communication on - overall I was disappointed that I had to bring more money to closing than necessary simply due to numbers not being properly calculated for a rather simple refinance.

I reached out Caliber fir a HELOC loan not 2nd, 3rd or 4th party companies. I WOULD NOT have chose Caliber if I was told upfront that my HELOC experience would not be only with Caliber. The communication about the entire process was not clearly conveyed. Additional we got a line of credit but ALL of the money was dispersed at one time. I WILL NOT recommend Caliber to ANYONE.

At no real fault of Ryan's as he inherited our application, but the communication started poorly and we were given mis-information from time to time about the process, etc. It took way too long to close a simple refinance as well.
