RecommendedService within just a few hours of my phone call… and on a Saturday! That’s really tough to find with other companies. Pricing was affordable and fair. The technician explained everything really well and seemed experienced and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this company for air conditioning repairs!

We called Rye Thursday afternoon and Matt arrived a little before the “window” they had set on Friday morning. I appreciated the phone call earlier saying he was on his way. What a fantastic experience we had with Rye! I cannot express my gratitude to Gina and Brad for their professionalism. The in office staff and the field installers were incredible! I was out of town on a work trip, my elderly mother was home. The crew told her every step they were going to make before they did anything! When we moved back 'home' to Crouse, I contacted our previous servicer (the one with Bobby & Mr. Jenkins). Well, they didn't cover our area. Whether I saw a billboard, or a truck, I contacted Rye Heating & Air; and I'm happy I did. They may be a smaller scale business; but their customer service is top notch! Every service technician that has been to our home, has been courteous & knowledgeable. They've always been on time; and they do their job quickly & efficiently. This company truly cares about their customers. After all the issues i had last summer with my unit, they contacted me today to schedule a free maintenance check. I can’t praise this team enough. Anytime i called last year, they came out next day. I will never use any other HVAC company. Highly recommend this amazing team.
Friendly, sincere, patient, and very professional. Clint, our technician, explained everything and answered all my questions.
We called Rye Heating and Air Conditioning on Tuesday because our air conditioner was only blowing warm air and Gina scheduled an appointment for Wednesday morning at 9:00. Clint, the technician, arrived early! We found him to be very honest, pleasant and professional as was everyone we spoke with in the office. We highly recommend their services.

Sebastien came out to do out maintenance on our unit. Very professional and polite. Took time to explain some things to me that would benefit our house. Does an excellent job cleaning and checking everything. Would highly recommend Rye . Had a bad experience with another company for years.
