Saturday, in the middle of an August heatwave🥵... I spoke to Gina Rye at 11:50 am and explained our upstairs unit had stopped blowing cold air. One hour later, at exactly 12:50 pm, Wes from Rye H & A was at our front door. The problem was diagnosed and fixed within about 30 mins. and we once again had cool air coming through the vents. Called this company at 8:00 this morning and they were able to get me on the schedule for a 2:00 appointment. Bernie the service tech was right on time, courteous and very knowledgeable. My unit is older but he was able to get it back running. Reasonable prices, family run business! Once again thank you Bernie! I have air conditioning!!

Our first night in a new home, on a holiday weekend, and the AC goes out. Rye to the rescue! The Rye guy showed up on his day off, and had us up and running in no time! they are a fine example of good customer service which is very rare these days! Thank you Rye!

I can not say enough good things about this company! Tracy was our technician yesterday and he was fantastic. He was kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful. We have had HVAC services from other companies in the area who were unable to fix our same simple issue with air not circulating in our home appropriately, knowing how to properly set up a smart thermostat, clean our unit, etc. Tracy was able to do all of these things for us; and quickly.
