The level of care and kindness shown to our Mother the whole time she was at Ryfield Court was fantastic. We were especially amazed by the care and compassion shown not only to Mum but out whole family during her final week. All of the staff could not do enough for us and you can tell they really care about their residents.

My Mother has been at Ryefield Court for over a year now and we are extremely happy with all the care for her and for us as her family. The staff are amazing and genuinely care for her every need. The home is very well looked after, the hospitality is first class and the entertainment really well thought out and frequent. The care is very personal and all the staff seemed to know Mum very quickly and are always very friendly and approachable. We are delighted with our choice.

Having been referred to Ryefield Court by Age UK fall prevention. Our experience of the rapport and love for our brother and all the residents is exceptional. First-class service. High-class care, attention, and professionalism in every aspect of care. This is the same with family and friends all staff display qualities of vast experience to enable all interaction with a service of care.

I visit my Mum on a regular basis and am always made welcome. All the facilities at Ryefield Court are excellent and my Mum is well looked after.

I came to Ryefield Court as a resident, and since coming here I have been very comfortable and well looked after. Everyone seems helpful and cheerful.

The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. When I visit my friend I am always welcomed and treated respectfully. I have always been impressed with how happy the residents look and all the activities that are arranged for them.

From first visit to view home staff were very professional and friendly, and answered all of our questions, all staff made a point of greeting us as we were shown round. My dad spent nearly 3 weeks in respite care there and although he wasn't too keen to leave home initially he settled very quickly as the staff are just so lovely and friendly, nothing is too much trouble and they go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need, you really feel like they are treating your family as they would their own. Today we had a fine dining experience with my dad, brother and his family visiting from abroad. The food was excellent and the staff were amazing, so attentive and helpful. I am so happy we have been able to enjoy such a lovely day with Dad and have been waited on by the lovely staff.

My mum is a service user, so today six of her relatives including me had a Sunday roast in the private dining room. We had a very nice roast chicken dinner and the service was excellent. Plenty of drinks, the room is bright and airy, interesting table. Very nice helpful person serving. Thank you.
