Alongside providing the best care possible, our focus is to ensure that each and every resident is happy and making the most of the excellent facilities Ryefield Court have on offer. Our staff are naturals when it comes to understanding individual needs, as we know that everyone is different. That’s why we take the time to get to know all of our residents so that we can provide them with the best experience during their stay. Get directionsOur mum stayed for three weeks respite care and thoroughly enjoyed being pampered throughout her stay. All the staff are a delight and a credit to their employers. In our opinion, the facilities, standards and attention to detail are second to none and we would not hesitate to recommend Ryefield Court to anyone looking for respite or permanent residency for a loved one (I would have liked to stay myself!). It was unfortunate her stay was slightly overshadowed by the Covid pandemic, which meant visiting was quite restricted, ... read more
The service offered by Ryefield Court is second to none! It’s absolutely incredible and we are so pleased with how Mum is being treated and cared for. We initially booked a 4-week respite visit for Mum, but she’s so happy there and we feel so much more at ease Mum wants to stay! The building is fresh, modern and well maintained. The staff are amazing. The facilities are amazing. Trust me you won’t be disappointed
Mum has been at Ryefield Court for almost three years now and we are so pleased with the way she is cared for. The staff are always very caring and supportive of mum and could not be more helpful when we visit. Their approach throughout the pandemic has been thorough and professional, always reading the situation well and with excellent communications throughout. They did everything possible to make visits possible and practical in very difficult circumstances.
My father became a resident of Ryefield a few weeks ago and has thrived in the care home. The environment is very pleasant and calming for him. All the staff are cheerful and extremely caring towards my father and have been very professional. Having my father living at Ryefield has put our minds at rest as we know he is receiving excellent care and support.
The care that my auntie has received has been above and beyond our expectations. My aunt is happy, relaxed and so very well cared for. The staff keep her spirits up even during lockdown when we were unable to visit she was still always okay when we phoned. She will often express her fondness for the staff and the care she receives. It allows us as a family to have peace of mind, knowing that she is cared for.
Mum has been at Ryefield for 2.5 years. My sister and I count ourselves as so lucky to have found somewhere that has been absolutely perfect for her, and us. A combination of good staff to resident ratio and excellent standards of care means mum feels safe and loved, particularly with the pressures of the pandemic the level of comfort and support provided by the staff has been exemplary.
Having been for two weeks respite, early autumn 2020, I thought you would be struggling to find a better home. The care and attention were second to none. When my wife was required to become a permanent care home resident, there was no point in looking elsewhere. Food quality and management, both outstanding. The staff are brilliant, again a tribute to the management. I have recommended this home to others and will continue to do so.
My mum was struggling living by herself at home. She has several falls and was not eating properly; she was getting more and more depressed by the day. After a long stay in the hospital, she agreed to try a care home. My sister and I visited several care homes that were depressing to visit, let alone live in. When we found Ryefield, it was like a 5-star hotel. My mum's health and happiness have vastly improved, and she enjoys the company of all the staff and residents.
During the Covid pandemic, my mother has been extremely well cared for at Ryefield Court. I speak to her daily and she has usually taken part in an activity during the day and she speaks highly of the carers. She has had a few medical issues recently and the care staff have called in the appropriate NHS services and my mother's medical requirements have been identified and dealt with promptly. I would like to particularly mention the manager and her team who are now organising the Skype calls and visits. Last Saturday I visi... read more
