I was a tenant at an S&S property for many years. I haven't lived there for several years and I picked up the phone and called Sue as I had a question. She treated me just like she did when I lived there. Awesome property management company. Thanks Sue for all you do!!

Tracy was a great management at the apartments on Rockvale Drive Peoria.I live there for one year and it was a great apartment. They went out of their way to help and fix things if something went wrong. The girls in the office was always fun to talk to laugh all around it was a great atmosphere.

I was in the market for a 2 bedroom and worked with a leasing agent named Sue. Unfortunately I ended up being transfered out of the Peoria area and wasnt able to rent from S & S, but what I was shown was very clean and resonably priced!! If I am able to come back home to Peoria, I will for sure be looking for her and S & S up again!

Sue Magnuson at S&S property management is such a wonderful person I'm glad I've got to know her she is very dedicated to her job like she is her family anytime I call there with a problem she's always on the phone getting someone to fix it. Thanks for all your hard work Sue Magnuson

My company has rented from S & S for 2 years now and have nothing but praise for them. They have gone out of their way to take care of our needs. I highly recommend these guys for your business needs.
