This has to be the worst possible place to rent from in the Peoria area! First off the my hot water heater broke when I called to report the issue to maintenance it took them two weeks to come fix it! So I showered with ice cold water for two weeks! Second about every 3 days the air conditioner in the unit would quit working. When I called to report the issue I never got an answer nor a call back for a two week period. I just moved in to a house in April there were several emergencies that i called about power went out no call back flood no one came out electrical problems with outlet melting,smoking and sparking i had to wait a month for someone to come out for that and the only reason they came out is because i called the city now they sent me a letter of termination for abusive language lol never once did i cuss or yell lol but thats ok i have a surprise for them lol....

The front desk lady was rude. Chuck sellers the property manager is a complete slum lord. He tried suing me and pat because of shady looking accounting done at his previous office. I would never rent from this place. Thank god I'm moving in 10 days

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! Main office is so RUDE and unprofessional!!! And ironically I posted on this page only to have it removed..to hell with maybe contacting me to see if a problem could be resolved..NO they just delete it like they deal with all their problems. The property manager at Phoenix apartments is never around on the weekends, visitors take up the limited parking spaces, and the snow is never removed until later in the day.
