Saddle Creek I just recently moved into Saddle Creek apartment homes in Novi, MI. The location is perfect, many business are located within a few miles and the area is completely surrounded by shopping malls and districts. The process was made extremely fast and painless by the great staff here. The apartments were remodeled recently and are extremely high end and clean. Worst place to live Living in this community has been an absolute nightmare. The number of issues with the management is too extensive to list, but here are the most significant problems: The units are old, with outdated appliances and minimal maintenance. Because of this, I frequently have to request repairs, which take an unreasonable amount of time to address. Verified Renter Living at Saddle Creek Apartments has been good overall. The community is friendly, and the amenities are decent. However, the maintenance staff is slow to respond and complete work orders, often taking around four weeks. Additionally, there's frequent staff turnover, which affects service continuity.

Verified Renter Recently property management company decided to "UPGRADE" some units with plank flooring "WITHOUT" proper soundproofing. This resulting amplified noises from upper units. Worst of all, water heater rumbling sounds like fire works going off. I want to move out right now if I could.

Verified Renter I would not recommend Saddle Creek apartments at all. The community clearly does not inspect the apartments before move in. They do a terrible job at following up and with communication overall. They never follow up when they say they will, and this started with the application process to move in to dealing with black mold in my apartment.

Terrible Place to Live DO NOT LIVE HERE! I would give 0 stars if possible. We thought we had found a great place to live when we toured the complex. We realized we made a terrible mistake the day we moved in. 1) Our apartment was dirty when we were given keys. Spiders nests in all the corners and along the ceiling. The stove was covered in food splatter from the previous tenant. Good location, horrible accommodations. Unit is nice, location is nice. The maintenance response time, and willingness to work with people and their schedules is absolutely atrocious. 3 days after we get the keys and move in we discover the dryer doesn’t work. When we ask the office about it, they say someone will not be able to come until Monday because it is the weekend and not an emergency.
