Make time to read reviews. Unit was not move-in ready, filthy; premium-view rate not merited; revolting insects-pest problem. Manager agreed to address move-in state, 87% improved. View from extra window: dirt, wild turkeys, slim woods and neighbors short-cutting. Management narrowly focused on repeat spraying vs. rectifying the contributing conditions. Counting days to lease ends.

Please beware, not a luxury apartment! Worst community to live in... old apartments, roads broken! water sprinklers constantly waters roads instead of grass... I am not sure why they claim to be a luxury apartments. Also, community lacks proper hygiene, we share a dumpster between 50 apartments, the dumpster is always full and attracts rodents.

Verified Renter I wouldn't recommend apartments and would highly recommend checking unit before moving in, office staff doesn't care about tenants and always make a reason for not helping you. Also, saddle creek has slowest maintenance response even for a emergency maintenance response time is above 48 hours.

Management Lies & Doesn't care about Tenants The management doesn't care about you once you move in. They lied to us about the space and layout of the apartment. Jerked us around for months switching us to different apartments and move in dates to finally move us above smokers. Which they allow in apartments and common areas to the health and hazardous detriment to the tenants with no solution but to charge you more to move or get out of your lease. They are disrespectful and accuse the tenants of lying if there is an issue.... read more

Verified Renter Terrible, hate it.. don’t move here. The best part is the peacefulness but that is only because of the city and area we live in, not the efforts of the complex.
John Miller Really disappointed at their customer service. They take forever to respond to emails, and they dismiss any inquiries regarding any concern tenants have.

When you move out, they will find their way to keep your safe deposit, and even try to charge you more (and if you don't agree, they'll threat you to go to court. If you make a work order request, they may change the lock of your apartment with no reason or any type of notice, and let you out of your new apartment until they give you the new keys. They do not have any type of good customer service.

Robert O'Donnell I tried to call them several times, and contacted them through ther website, and never answered. I went there personally, and they would never sent me the information by email as we talked. Worst customer service ever and their rates are high for what the offer.
