Verified Renter Don't recommend Saddlecreek apartments. Over priced and poorly treated by management.
Verified Renter I used to love all Beztak residential properties, but Saddle Creek has not lived up to its name or quality. The staff is great though. Theyre the only reason I havent flipped a switch.

Verified Renter Highly disappointed with my experience at Saddle Creek. Multiple issues regarding bugs, noise level of neighbors, appliances, and carpeting issues have ruined the experience. The level of care by management and staff is lacking. Maintenance is hit or miss as sometimes they're helpful and others they seem annoyed by our concerns. I've lived on multiple apartment properties dating all the way back to my college career, and Saddle Creek is by far the worst.

Great place but poor management I think this apartment is located at fantastic place in Novi but it does not have good property management. For example, Treadmill in the gym was out of order and trash can was broken during months. Property management team is overbearing and not cooperative. They do not work well but try to charge additional charge as possible. I was really disappointed at such property management. Verified Renter This is not a luxury apartment. It is old and worn. The light fixtures are nice. The " renovation" entailed new kitchen & cabinet doors. Linoleum in the kitchen, cracked tile in the bathroom. Not worth the rent. Office staff is very nice.
