Very good. Took their time. They called back to make sure things were going well. They do a 4 week return and then every 3 months after. I would recommend them to anyone.

Be more specific about what you want/need. If your needs aren't met, you're stuck with the contract whether you like it or not.
Initial visit, 11/25, technician seemed rushed and was hurrying around. I had to remind of the services he came out for. Neglected some services. Indoor bug spray didn't work so we had to wait another day for another technician. (Another 4 hour window wait time). Second technician came out, 11/30, to complete and redo what should have been done on first visit. This technician we were much more satisfied with. Appeared he knew what he was doing!
This is hard to rate since the service is for my rental, I have not had any complaints from them.

Edge pest control was great! They took the time to really understand our problem and explained in detail what they could do to help. Collin was very good at answering all my questions. Since we have a small child and a dog they assured me what they would do would be safe for both. They were very quick to respond and were on time. Jeremy was the Edge technician that came out and he was very professional.
