The technicians do not call before they show up to confirm that I will be home. They sprayed for bugs when they were supposed to check mouse traps. They stayed outside and did not come in to address the actual problem.
I had a problem with mice. I do not now.

They traped the golfers and took them away. Dug around the mounds to place the traps in the tunnell.

Good technicians who take the time to explain the process and answer my questions. Have controlled bugs and insects well this past two years.

This company is not easy to work with. I have been very unhappy with this company and yet I am stuck doing so many treatments. I can't wait until I am free of their contract. Would never recommend their service!!
Technician was friendly, but the actual sales pitch was misleading. Customer service was kind and easy to work with, but ultimately the service was not anything I could not do myself.
