Matt the first tech who came out was great! He took his time and seemed very committed to ridding my yard of gophers. After Matt left I was confused about the service so I call the customer help line. The person I spoke to was helpful, but not knowledgeable. She seemed to only agree with everything I said and not really sure what my contract was for. The second tech, Dustin, came out and looked around and basically said, "yep you have gophers. was coaxed into signing a yearly plan before service even started. was NOT told all the facts what they can or cannot do in helping me with the rat problem in the attic. I ended up taking care of the problem myself. still they wouldn't let me get out of this contract unless I pay a $200 fee.

Absolutely the worst experience we have ever had with any service provider of any sort! I have never, ever written a poor review on anyone or any business but our experience has been so very negative that I felt I needed to warn others about this business. We signed up for their lawn service after using them for one year as a pest control service.
