The service person was very friendly and thoroughly explained in detail the process they used today and in follow-up checks. I am very pleased and satisfied with their work.

The service person was able to come the next day. which I appreciated because I was FREAKED OUT to have a mouse in the house. He took a lot of time to explain things to me. He kindly and patiently addressed my concerns about use of poisons--I was very worried because we have pets (2 apparently worthless cats!) a dog, and a baby who comes here once a week. Pros: Professionsl, thorough, efficient, knowledgeable Cons: Ask for the hard copy service agreement before you sign the electronic version since it doesn't give you any fine print. The fine print locks you in pretty tight!
Very friendly service and very expeditious
The Exterminator was very pleasant, explained all the steps of the process for today and how things would happen in the future. It appeared that he did a thorough in spraying and setting bait traps. Will wait a couple of weeks to see how effective the treatment has been.
