Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life, not only does it take over 3 hours for them to answer they lie and say they will have a supervisor call you back and never happens. I was always called and told how to prepare for the service, they always told me what they were doing and you have very polite servicemen.
They left a white stain around the entire main level of my house on my hardwood. I asked them to clean it but they refused, offering to give me a 30 dollar discount instead.
None at this time.
Did not know when O hired this company that I had to sign a contract for that was longer than I wanted until I received the contract by email. Feel like I was tricked into this long contract.
