The technician who performed the treatment arrived in a professional uniform, identified himself and discussed how he wiould address our pest issues. We are now on a quartly treatment plan so only time will tell if the Vols are erradicated and other pests are addressed.

They have a way of making money without performing a service. There were 20 traps put down and they caught a millipede and a spider. They say they guarantee their work but they do not give a refund or a guarantee. They wanted to keep coming out but I said no.

Did the rodent removal fine, but against my wishes and without My knowledge signed me up for insect treatments. I wound up paying for 4 treatments at $125/sq on the house AFTER I SOLD IT and $65 to cancel the 5th treatment and not Auto-renew AGAIN!
They will go in when they want even if you are not home, and they miss a lot of places unless you follow them to tell them where to spray. When you cancel they act like you never called so they can keep taking money from you.
