They have been very good about coming back to try new approaches (and bigger traps) when the first one didn't work.

They were very thorough about the costs and expectations before I signed the papers and they did the spraying; no surprises. It is a one-year contract, 5 sprays, no single-visit-spray, and this wasn't made clear until the person arrived to spray. I went ahead and took the one-year contract because it was a good price and I was impressed with the honesty and thoroughness of the guy that came to spray.
