I was very satisfied with the first visit and I am confident that in the end of our agrrement the bugs shall be no more.
We signed a 1 year contract in May of 2020. The first season I was disappointed after the 2nd treatment, and a phone call to Edge left me feeling like they don't care enough to have the job done satisfactorily since we were locked into a contract. The applicator sprayed on my professional clean windows ($200). The application was applied during a snow storm and they should of picked a better day. Very expensive to pay for something that wash away as soon as it was applied. Salesman was pushy and misleading.
If we have a question or concern between appointments, the are always prompt returning calls and doing any service that maybe needed.
DO NOT SIGN THE RODENT TREATMENT. Non-quittable nearly 700$ contract that did NOTHING for me. Sharktoothed conmen with bugspray treating for Wasps and spiders IN FEBRUARY WITH TEMPERATURES OF SINGLE DIGITS when they can't even come inside due to covid. I could paint a rainbow of profanity with the amount of colorful language I wish to use but again. DO NOT USE THEM. Find someone else for rodents.

They will lock you in a contract, even though they tell you that you can cancel anytime you have to pay for half of the services they sign you up for. I noticed no difference in pest at all.
