The company was quick to respond and very very courteous and efficient.
Knowing how much I will like or dislike this service will take time. The initial contact and first visit went very well. They were very professional and the cost is as reasonable as I have had in the past. So far, so good!

Well thought out plan to control problems
We hired Edge last summer when a manager came by to talk with us about the ants in our neighborhood. We had another company at the time and we were hesitant to even talk to him but we are (now) extremely glad we did. Edge was able to get rid of all of our ants and actually sprayed for our hornets too! We're not really sure what we were paying our old company for because honestly they were leaving lots of bugs alive but edge takes care of them all. They were very nice and professional. They worked quickly and efficiency. They made sure all my concerns were addressed before they left.
We hired them as a preventative service after moving into an older home. We didn't necessarily have a bug problem before but noticed some dead bugs around the house and a lot of spiderwebs in the unfinished basement. The customer service was great. I am not sure how thorough the serviceman was, because he performed his work very swiftly. We haven't noticed any bugs yet though and will plan to continue the preventative year round service at this time.

We get people who come by ALL THE TIME to try to get us to sign up for pest control. We always tell them the same thing. "We Love Edge!". They have treated us better than any companies we used in the past. They take care of more bugs, their spray works better and they come out for free whenever I call. Really, it can't be beat!
