They don't deliver as promised. The initial treatment failed to solve my problem and they came out to do a "Free" follow-up; which I was told was part of the initial service that I paid for a month ago. They just charged my credit card for today's "free" service - even after I confirmed with the Branch Manager today that there would be no charge. Yikes! One trap has contained a rat. I asked to have someone come to install a door to the crawl space. No one has responded to that yet.

My only complaint about this company is their hard sell. I emailed with one individual, talked to a second person, then had a third person call me back with the hard sell. A fourth person emailed the contracts in an email to which I couldn't respond and a fifth person showed up to do the pest control. So far I've only had one visit, don't think the rats have disappeared, so we'll see what happens over time. Called before he arrived and were very prompt. He laid out traps and sprayed the entire yard. Second visit he found and removed a dead rat.
