Buyer Beware - we were sold one service via telephone and emails, then charged for a service we did not want and requested to pay additional for the service we did want. They performed a single service before requesting additional fees. When we cancelled, they charged us a whopping $320. Total rip off and taking advantage of elderly people. Do not believe one single word they tell you.

The technician that visited my home was great and very professional. However, upon leaving, he tried to sell a subscription service to me that I was not informed at the time of my phone appointment. When I declined, he had to call the corporate office and ask why I was not informed of the subscription service. I would not hire them again due to the sales staff being very misleading.

They explained the process to get rid of the paper wasps, and were able to come out the same day that I called even though it was a Saturday. Explained the products that they were going to use and that it would in no way harm my dog or veggies.

I really like the person who cares for our lawn. I dont like dealing with the company. When our year is up, we will probably look for another company. When I first decided to go with their company, I didnt realize that we were going to be locked into a two year contract. I did not want that. What if we didnt like their service? Lost all apples this year from bug infestation.

Bugs are gone.

Their record keeping was abysmal. I hired them to do a quarter long pest project for a rental I own. After over one hour on the phone when they showed for service they had the wrong address, wrong billing address, an incomplete contract, and demanded that I pay for a year's worth of service when during the original phone conversation I made it crystal clear I did not want that much service because we were tearing the building down in 3-4 months. They explained their process and say that they’re 99.9% percent confident that they’ll catch the rat the first time they set the traps. I must be a member of the 0.1% club because the rat is still alive and well running around my attic and upstairs. Every time Edge techs need to come out and bait/set the traps, I have to miss work to be here and let them in. I hope it doesn’t take the entire year of the service contract I had to sign to get rid of the rat.
