1. Co. does NOT tell you what insecticide is being used; 2. Co. applies insecticide during useless times of year (December, March) in PNW; 3. I was looking for someone to do in a yellow jacket nest, and they did. HOWEVER, they do NOTHING to 'plug the access hole', so their yearly plan is sort of like engaging as a drug addict - there's always gonna be a hole in your arm, and they'll be there to fill it, but not to fix it. 4. My house had ants all over inside. Even in the bedroom. It was terrible. After the Edge people did their first treatment the ants were pretty much completely gone within a few days. This was a year ago and I have not seen any ants since then. I very much recommend this company!
This is a very shady company. Make sure to read your agreement. They charge about 140 per visit. The guy literally spends less than 5 minutes at your place and then goes. The last time when he came (I caught him on camera) he even missed the spots that he usually covers. When I tried canceling my services, they charged me a late fee in the amount of 140 dollars. I would give them no stars if I was allowed.

We would strongly recommend not utilizing Edge Pest Control. We have experienced much frustration with Edge over the past several months, and today was no different. We do not feel the services promised during the sales process match the actual services performed.
Totally unfocused customer service.
