Rueben Went above and beyond the call of duty. He was always here promptly and fully explained everything so that I would understand. Super nice person and very helpful he is definitely an asset to your company. Also Yvonne was fantastic. She stayed in constant touch with me and kept me in the loop as to what was going on with my situation. You’ve got to golden stars there

Ruben blew me away. I respect any person that is passionate about what he/ she does. It took him a matter of minutes to diagnose what our problem was (40-50% insulation in our air filter) but still stayed maybe another hour just to check the condenser evaporator and vents to ensure everything was performing appropriately. He was thorough wasn’t in a rush and explained to me in great detail how the unit works. He is the best hvac technician I have had in 44 years. Thank you all at Safe Air.
