Ruben the Technician was extremely personable and took a great deal of time in helping me to understand what I needed to get my a/c up and running. Yvonne the Dispatcher worked extremely hard to get my issues handled in an extremely timely manner. I dont live in town so he took the time to give me multiple options of how to make my unit run better over the phone. Explained it in detail and left me confident that he wasnt trying to upsell me.
