Ruben did a very thorough evaluation of the installation in September 2020 of our new air conditioning unit. He checked both the air and heating units and determined that the problem with the water leakage was due to the water heater not the actual unit. He checked both inside and outside the unit and took the time to explain to us in layman terms the results of his evaluation. He even showed us pictures of what he saw and what needed to be done.
