These guys deserved five stars. No questions asked. My AC went down at >100F. I called Safe Air and spoke to Kal (manager). His quote was ~3k lower than the competition on the same unit, but what was even more important, he scheduled my installation the very same day. The system came with 10 years warranty and three years of maintenance at no cost. The crew (Rolando, Arnold, and Luis - big shout-out to them!!!) arrived on time. My air conditioner broke down on Friday July 9th. I was referred to Safe Air and I spoke with Duane and he assured me everything will be OK and he was gonna take care of me like I was family and that he did. like I said it broke down on Friday the 9th, I have two units one upstairs one downstairs and they’re both over 20 years old so needless to say I needed to replace both.
