We received a thorough review and explanation of our new air conditioning unit that was installed in September, 2020. After the checkup, there were some problems found on our heating system that could have caused a dangerous situation so therefore the technician turned off the heating system altogether until someone comes back out here to fix the problem. Installation was good and price was reasonable. However, they caused significant damage to my attic ladder/entrance. They did send someone to fix but he could only manage to repair to an acceptable/functional level (and this took him 4 hours - no issues with the repair guy who did a great job). The attic ladder door doesn?t close properly and doesn?t sit flush with the ceiling. Safe Air is phenomenal! From the dispatcher, to the office manager and the technician that did such an excellent job on getting my system up and running. Their pricing was also extremely fair. But I was so impressed with the way n which I was treated by the above mentioned employees. They were kind, professional, and took their time explaining what needed to be done and why.
