She went above and beyond in assisting me to make sure that I was completely satisfied. Also, the technician was very professional during the installment process and made sure that everything was properly working when he was finished. Angela's personality was amazing, and she is always available to answer any questions or concerns. I highly recommend her.

We just moved into a new neighborhood and a new house and Angela helped us so much to know exactly what we need and how to get it, she was so patient with and did not gave up on us after so many rescheduling, she was always understanding and helpful. I called and had the pleasure of speaking with Angela Falco. She was extremely helpful and patient with me. Just want to highlight Mr. Austin’s excellent customer service. My wife first spoke to him about the security system that’s going to be put in our home, and I had follow up questions for him the next day. Mr. Austin quickly responded to several paragraphs of my questions with the system. I’ve never had such wonderful and smooth customer service until my interaction with him. He will be my recommendation to speak with to the people looking into installing security systems in their homes as well.
