Jake Henke from the N. Kansas City location was the most professional, courteous, patient (we are not the most tech savvy people), informative and fun installer of any system we have ever had. He never tried to upsell us on any equipment we did not need, and he explained in easy to understand terms, the functions of the devices he recommended for our system. Jonathan was very knowledgeable about security needs and guided me to the right choices. I had originally settled for a no cost option which would not have met my real needs. Jonathan spent 3 hrs putting the package together and worked late getting the install done. He even returned to swap out the garage opener for a lock. Very professional and friendly. I was so impressed with the customer service I received from Branch Manager Eric Cordy and sales rep Matthew Claycomb. Mr. Cordy’s knowledge along with his great personality had assured me I made the right decision to install a ADT security system in my home. Eric Cordy has truly made me a lifetime customer.
Jonathon Thomas was very patient and knowledgeable with us. All this new technology is a lot to take in but he was willing to stay and make sure we were comfortable with system.
