I was so impressed with the customer service I received from Branch Manager Eric Cordy and sales rep Matthew Claycomb. Mr. Cordy’s knowledge along with his great personality had assured me I made the right decision to install a ADT security system in my home. Eric Cordy has truly made me a lifetime customer.
Jonathon Thomas was very patient and knowledgeable with us. All this new technology is a lot to take in but he was willing to stay and make sure we were comfortable with system.

Rolando Trinidad did an excellent job installing my Alarm.com security system. He arrived in a timely fashion, explained all of my options with a no pressure approach which made the whole process relatively stress free. He did everything I asked without question and most importantly I trust him!

Our system was installed by Jonathan Thomas, he was very friendly and helpful, gave us recommendations on how to better secure our home and explained how everything works. install was clean and neat looking, took time to make sure we understand how to operate the system. Definitely recommend his service, does very good work and he is very easy to talk to and ask questions. Felt like a good caring friend.
